This proposal sets out and implements new working methods to be applied in the logistics area of the company Eventos & Marketing, focusing mainly on a logistic diagnosis that reveals the current status of the company using tools such as surveys, interviews and analysis, from the industrial’s point of view, the implementation of storage’s method through the ABC which is an efficient tool for the optimization of spaces, the control of inventories classifying machinery and inputs according to its rotation, and an analysis to the operations that the company performs at the time of providing its services.

En esta propuesta se plantean e implementan nuevos métodos de trabajo para ser aplicados en el área logística de la empresa Eventos & Marketing, enfocándose principalmente en un diagnóstico logístico que revela el estado actual de la empresa utilizando herramientas como las encuestas, las entrevistas y el análisis desde el punto de vista industrial, la implementación del método de almacenaje a través del ABC la cual es una herramienta eficiente para la optimización de espacios, el control de inventarios clasificando la maquinaria e insumos según su rotación y un análisis a las operaciones que realiza la empresa a la hora de prestar sus servicios.
