Abstract

The students Jessica Johana Castillo Pulido with code 20102025086 and Ana Maria Bermudez Rodriguez with code 20101025011, curriculum project Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, developed the internship project entitled "TECHNICAL STUDY OF THE PREMISES OF THE AGRARIAN NATIONAL FUND (OWNERSHIP INCODER) IN THE DEPARTMENTS ANTIOQUIA, META, SUCRE, VALLE DEL CAUCA, AMAZONAS, CASANARE, TOLIMA, PUTUMAYO, ARAUCA Y VICHADA "in the Colombian Institute for Rural Development INCODER, and with the advice of the Engineer Intern Director Oscar Fernando Torres Colmenares and the External Director Juan de Jesus Arias Barreto , which arose from the need to provide solutions to findings No 35 and No 69 which reported on its audit in 2014 the Comptroller General's Office. In this internship project a real inventory is generated and updated the properties that were in the name of INCODER at December 31th of 2015, through technical legal study of the properties that were in listings of each territorial and dependence of the institute, serving the same as input for web application Business Project management (BPM) with which account INCODER, meeting all the parameters of a functional database and conducting the training of national management application.
