Abstract

Over the years the rate of public services has increased, not the exception toilet service, which will try in this project. As proposed in the general objective seeks to manage the tariff option for multi-service amenities in the residential Avilupark, which is a rate benefit that the Regulatory Commission for Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation CRA has developed, facilitating measurement of solid waste actually produced so that this measurement is the main element of the tariff. It was managed by the company responsible for providing the service grooming, this project was held in the town Antonio Nariño, as operator Aguas de Bogota SA ESP is it is responsible for developing awareness raising, training and information proper disposal of waste. With this option a contribution to the management of solid waste as can help the environmental issue that interested me as much as Technologist in Environmental Management and Public Service is intended.
