Resumen
The present research is developed with the aim of designing and adapting a permeable asphalt mixture in such a way that it can be used as part of the flexible pavement structure. For this purpose, the current regulations of the National Institute of Roads (INVIAS) are used in its chapter four, where four variables are analyzed in the behavior of the same, as follows: In terms of drainage capacity, they are evaluated The variables of permeability and voids ratio according to the technical specifications described in article number 453-13, which regulates the preparation and compaction of drainage asphalt mixtures. Regarding the resistance and plastic deformation capacity, the stability and flow variables are evaluated according to article 450-13, which regulates the continuous asphaltic hot mixes by the Marshall method. The analysis of the four mentioned variables will be carried out by means of an experimental investigation developed by two students of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, by means of the accomplishment of laboratory tests to stone materials and briquettes that manage to fulfill the technical specifications to implement Designed permeable asphalt mixtures. The success of the design depends on its implementation in the road infrastructure of Bogotá and later in Colombia, in order to solve different pathologies that have been presented in the asphalt pavement due to the natural moisture loss of the subgrade
