Determinación de la importancia del hongo Trichoderma sp. como agente biocontrolador frente a ataques de fitopatógenos en especies de Orquídeas.

Abstract

In this work, a bibliographic review was searched and carried out and effective results of Trichoderma sp. as a biocontroller. It started from the search for studies related to different species of orchids, continued with a second investigation, which was limited to the review of the most commercialized and cultivated orchids in Cundinamarca, for the delimitation of the work and then proceeded to identify the phytopathogens that affect these species. The first results showed how much progress has been made in recent years in this area. Finally, a third search was continued, where the phytopathogens that affect orchids and other plants and their relationship with treatment with Trichoderma sp. This work makes an important contribution by investigating whether the Trichoderma sp. Biocontroller, in addition to being an environmentally friendly alternative, has the ability to treat phytopathologies in orchids; opening the opportunity for the implementation of this new biotechnology in this type of plants. The above, in order to generate an updated panorama on the effectiveness of Trichoderma sp. in disease treatment and to be able to relate it as a solution to the phytosanitary management of orchids.
