Abstract

The need and importance to improve access to rural properties, motivates us so that the construction of track-plate roads becomes a renewal in the rural sector thus giving a plus to these properties, making them more desirable for the market , where these roads allow easier and more efficient communication among its inhabitants, generating greater development in its infrastructure and commercial dynamism, not only of these properties, but also of its populated centers. For this, the practical proposal of fingerprint plate models has been generated where the user has the tool, the knowledge and the current value to develop said activity. Nowadays the construction of these elements is meager since the owner does not take into account how the property is valued positively by improving its external infrastructure, and accessibility, it seeks to reactivate and enhance the improvements in road infrastructure. In the above, it is concluded that in the infrastructure of the rural area there is no further development due to the poor state of access, making this an opportunity for an improvement in its development.
