Resumen
The potato occupies third place as an important food product globally, with a use of 3.3% of the agricultural GDP in Colombia, being a very relevant crop in this country, planted in 9 departments and 283 municipalities, where the main varieties are: pastusa superior and brown, diacol capiro (R-12), unique, rubí and criolla (Agro Bayer Colombia, 2022). In addition, it generates 264,000 jobs annually and approximately 100 families are dedicated to its production (Ministry of Agriculture of Colombia, 2019a). In this document the Creole potato (Solanum tuberosum group Phureja) which has great nutritional value and ease of preparation. Colombia is the country with the largest area and production of diploid potatoes in the world, this being a product with great export and industrialization potential, it has been exported for a long time to the United States, Japan, Spain, Canada and the United Kingdom with a high value in terms of the exchange from dollar to pesos (Ñústez, C. & Rodríguez, L., 2020). On the other hand, the price of Creole potatoes in the market is unstable, depending on the place and technologies applied to cultivation. It is a type of perishable potato that is consumed mostly fresh and in market terms the size and uniformity of the potato is important. in the package, not have lesions on the skin and the term washed and unwashed potato typical of the market is used, which also affects its price (Rozo, D. & Ramirez, L., 2011). Continuing, its production and marketing are regulated by climate changes, since the greatest impact in the last decade has been droughts and frosts, which in turn cause phytosanitary problems. Different programs work on the genetic improvement of this type 6 of potatoes mainly to give crops resistance to diseases, viruses and pests that affect their leaf tissues, roots or tubers (Ñústez, C. & Rodríguez, L., 2020 ). In accordance with the above, in the present work a bibliographic review is carried out to compile and analyze scientific studies about the transcriptome of Solanum tuberosum phureja group in a period of 2010-2023 through the PRISMA methodology for this type of work, associating those genes related to phytohormones and abiotic and biotic stress.
