| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Circular Número 26 en la que se dispone no se remitan a la Gobernación los vagos, estipulando lo siguiente: No habiendo nuevas poblaciones a donde destinar los vagos, ni medios para mantener a estos en aquellas, y no habiendo tampoco plazas vacantes en el Ejercito, se servirá U. no enviar a este Despacho, en lo sucesivo, los individuos que se declaren vagos en ese Departamento, y disponer lo conveniente conforme a las leyes, para que ellos sean concertados por la autoridad que haya seguido el juicio de vagancia, con personas de dentro o fuera del Departamento, que den garantías a la sociedad por su moralidad y amor al orden. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains a notice about Circular Number 26 in which it is disposed not to send vagrants to the Governor's Office, stipulating the following: There being no new towns to which to send the vagrants, nor the means to maintain them in those towns, and there being no vacancies in the Army, will you please not send to this Office, in the future, the individuals who are declared vagrants in that Department, and arrange what is convenient according to the laws, so that they may be arranged by the authority that has followed the trial of vagrancy, with persons from within or outside the Department, who give guarantees to society for their morality and love of order.
