Resumen
Currently, there are multiple elements at the communication level that are positioned through digital discourses, which allow transforming identities and subjectivities of the childhood.
In this sense, it is essential to take a critical position towards content, and at the same time, take into account government guidelines where public entities are required to propose and create content for boys and girls. By virtue of this, the present research establishes an analysis of three web pages. In the first place is "NIDOS", which is part of one of “IDARTES” institutional projects; second is "MAGUARÉ", which is framed in the project of the Colombian Ministry of Culture and, finally, "DISTRINAUTAS" which is part of the UNESCO Chair in Child Development – University Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
Through the present analysis, the following question is formulated as a research group: How is childhood constituted through the discourses that are generated from three web portals of Colombian public institutions?
In order to answer it, there were taken into account elements of the theory of the enunciation, matrix of analysis, qualitative research methodology and theoretical elements that account for the analysis process were taken into account and in addition to take into account the research line of the Master of Childhood and Culture - "Children's Languages and Narratives". The document presents elements and characteristics framed within an investigation-innovation, since, in the approach to the state of knowledge, no topics related to the analysis of discourse on web pages were found as producers of content aimed at children. An essential part of the findings found, give account of the imaginary that institutions have in relation to the concept of childhood, revealing that boys and girls require accompaniment by an adult or caregiver in the approach and development of the contents of these web pages.
