Resumen
The San Francisco - Vicachá Trail is a space dedicated to the development of environmental education activities through guided tours, passive recreation activities, and flora and fauna observation sessions available to the community. It is facilitated by the Bogotá Aqueduct and Sewerage Company in partnership with the Bogotá Botanical Garden, Jose Celestino Mutis, through the tourist program "Caminos de los Cerros Orientales." The present project brings together some individuals from the Plantae kingdom that inhabit the trail (Oreopanax incisus, Streptosolen jamesonii, Bocconia frutescens, Espeletia argentea, Aechmea fulgens), along with a brief description of their morphology (type of leaf and type of flower) in an illustrated graphic album created with the assistance and participation of trail visitors through the implementation of an environmental experience. This activity proved to be quite enjoyable for the participants as they had the opportunity to create their own illustrations, leading to a significant learning process.
