Análisis del observatorio inmobiliario catastral de la unidad administrativa especial de Catastro Distrital

Abstract

The project presented is based on the monitoring of the work and operation of the Cadastral Real Estate Observatory (OIC) of the Special Administrative Unit of District Cadastre (UAECD). Where, from the databases of real estate offers generated by the OIC, different processes were carried out focused on the evaluation of the integrity and consistency of the information. In this same context, the generation of an analysis of the urban dynamics was carried out with the objective of verifying the functionality of said data and showing graphically the real estate scenario presented by the city in the two periods worked (2016 and 2017). Finally, a comparison was made between the OIC and the Cadastral Technical Observatory of the UAECD, which made it possible to clearly establish the functions performed by each of the observers and the relationship between them.
