Cuerpo y emociones en la escuela. Una aproximación desde la literatura infantil en Colombia entre finales del Siglo XIX y principios del XX

The aim of this study was to understand, through the emotions in children's literature, how the body will be taught in Colombia during the period between the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. It was necessary, first, to identify emotions on the body of children's literature who lived during the analysis period and, from them, reconstruct a body type that would identify, in turn, legitimate, illegitimate, public and private bodies. Body and emotions were understood as socially constructed phenomena and, therefore, taught and learned; this means that you learn to be and have body and to experience emotionally. Considering the temporal contexts of meaning production of the body, the focus was qualitative and historical documentary design, favoring four primary sources published between 1870 and 1936. The analysis of the sources took place from categorical meshes allowed to establish shame, sadness, compassion, sadness, disgust, guilt and hatred as developer substances from the body during the period.
