Resumen
The simulation model supported in this elaboration is a potentiality tool in order to take territorial decisions in multiple purposes; in essence, it illustrates and indicates possible prospective situations that could be generated according to lifestyle features and social, economic, cultural and behavioral patterns of the population in the urban and rural sector of the cadastral organic unit. For this reason, the general direction of the investigation lays the foundation by structuring, configurating, and developing a cadastral pilot with multipurpose perspective, that allows to establishment of a methodology supported under 5D cadastral conception, in which it articulates the spatial and temporary dimension and the social, behavioral decision making by means of modeling based on agents. In essence, this matches with the intersection of a prospective evaluation model of public intervention policies at a territorial level in the time, that simulates aspects of response by individuals that interact under a set of defined parameters that determines the occupation and development way for urban-rural area, through insertion of endogenous and exogenous factors inherently related with the economic, social, cultural and special component for each inhabitant and the different dynamics of the real estate market that are promoted in a certain municipality scenario.
