Resumen
This research, titled "Empathy in Teaching Argumentative Text Reading Processes with Primary School Teachers," is a qualitative study framed within the research line of Language Pedagogy from the Master's program in Pedagogía de la Lengua Materna. The study was conducted at La Estancia San Isidro Labrador I.E.D school in Ciudad Bolívar, with a group of primary school teachers from the afternoon session. The main objective was to explore the relationship between empathy and the teaching process of argumentative text reading from the teachers' perspective. The research spanned over a two-year period, employing the pragmatic paradigm with an action research design, involving workshops as interventions with corresponding strategies and data collection instruments, such as informal interviews.
