Estudio básico de amenaza por incendios forestales en el área rural del municipio de Nilo, Cundinamarca

Abstract

The municipality of Nilo in Cundinamarca is one of those presented in the account this is done the assessment of the conditions and scales for the gradual incorporation of risk management in the review of the contents of the media and the long term of the basic plan of territorial ordering, within the framework of the law 1523 of 2012 and paragraph 2 of article 3 of Decree 1807 of 2014 compiled in Decree 1077 of 2015. This study contemplates an integral analysis of the threat of fires of the vegetal cover, an escalation of 1: 25.000 that involves the knowledge and the way of behavior of the climate in the area of the study, as well as the analysis of the susceptibility of the vegetal cover before Events of fires, and other factors that affect the territory in the face of the threat of fires, stories such as pending, accessibility and historical records. The analysis is based on the methodology proposed for the IDEAM, as well as the methodological approach, the IDEAM and CAR on the subject of this environmental authority, the construction and classification of environmental, physical and anthropogenic factors. The methodological development is carried out in the use of Geographic Information Systems, using spatial superposition tools that include the weighted weights of the evaluated factors.
