Abstract

This project aims to demonstrate the theoretical bases, guidelines and processes to be developed in the academic internship to opt for the title of Sports Administrator of the José Francisco Caldas District University. Regarding the general objective, it is to carry out a characterization of the sports development and needs of women in contexts and sports activities within the framework of support for the processes and activities of the CIDRAF Research and Innovation Center of the Municipal Institute for Recreation and Sports of Soacha. (IMRDS), developing the different activities and investigative processes proposed by the institution that allow its growth. The results obtained were the planning and execution of the launch event on the project of the culture of active non-violence in search of total peace, and the characterization of the women athletes belonging to the IMRDS programs, to know and be able to mitigate the types of violence that these athletes may be experiencing.
