Resumen
This project presents the proposed methodology for the implementation of family vegetable gardens for the inhabitants of the UPZ Verbenal in the city of Bogotá, developed by Fundación Misión en Territorio, an organization that currently carries out its social work in this area of the city. In this document you will find a diagnosis of the identified problem situation that motivated the approach of this project.
The need to address and/or ensure food security in the world is a widespread issue in all countries, it is believed that we are running a race against hunger, poverty, malnutrition, among other effects of the lack of food supply in many parts of the world. The basis of the exposed methodology is in the training of the participants, this is how the proposal projects great efforts in training, modeling and following up the process that each participant will take in order to achieve the main objective of this project.
The analysis included a technical and organizational proposal for the Mission in Territory Foundation in order to determine the necessary guidelines for the execution of the project, as well as a financial evaluation that contemplates the projection of three economic scenarios that allow determining under which financing framework this project could become viable.
