Elaboración de los estudios ambientales y el documento técnico para el trámite del permiso de vertimientos de la Eds Patimena Terpel – Yopal, Casanare

Abstract

In the development of this project we will go through the design of the technical document prepared to obtain the Dumping Permission for the Service Station “Patimena Terpel”, in rural zone of Yopal, in Casanare. This is a requirement to start this EDS operation according to the Resolution 31348 of July 24 2015, which establishes the procedures and operating conditions of the Information System of Liquid Fuels (SICOM in Spanish). The Article 4th of this resolution states that for registration, SICOM code assignment and subsequent operation of any EDS, the Dumping Permission of the Service Station must be submitted to the Directorship of Hydrocarbons to start operations, along with other documents related to the site where the operation will take place.
