In 2014 at the Institución Educativa Distrital Liceo Nacional Agustín Nieto was carried out an educational experience about teaching Spanish as a second language with children and young people from the indigenous community Embera Chami located in Bogota city. This research was arisen from a reflection on this process in order to show intercultural pedagogical knowledge relevant to the needs of indigenous communities in the urban context. The collection and analysis of information in the context of systematization as research methodology, turned around to answer what intercultural processes knowledge are identified from the pedagogical experience of teaching - learning of spanish as a second language to children of Embera Chami indigenous community located in Bogotá?. The intercultural pedagogical proceses were taken like principal categories of analysis to intercultrales , the cultural identity and spanish teaching as a second language, achieving an triangulation of the information from the voices of the participants,(children, young,and community leaders ),theorists and researcher.
