Conflictos Socio-ecológicos en Paisajes de Conservación: Propuesta de Marco Analítico y Estudio de Caso para el Distrito de Manejo Integrado Nacimiento del Río Subachoque y Pantano de Arce

Resumen
Conflicts between conservation purposes and socio-cultural expectations are a reality that currently determines the management of protected areas (PA). However, undiagnosed not effectively involved in decision-making and management variables, it is commonly assumed as a matter of mediation and arbitration. This research proposed a framework for analyzing socio-ecological conflicts in preserved landscapes, through a case study developed in the Distrito de Manejo Integrado del nacimiento del rio Subachoque y Pantano de Arce (DMI Subachoque). Integrated study using qualitative and quantitative methods in a mixed design; he resorted to the ethnography and direct observation to undermine field data and taxonomy Geosistema, landscape ecology, systems of otherness, networks of actors and geographic information systems (GIS) to analyze its configuration . As a result were identified, 6 normative conflict, 5 power relations arising from conflicts of scarcity and 7 given resources around common actions. In addition, high fragmentation was found in the natural cover (<40%), prevalence of agricultural matrix (60.6%) where the property charged is the modality most common ownership and peasant farm is being displaced.
