Resumen
This internship was developed in the Systems Advisory Office of the Francisco José de Caldas University. In this internship was carried out the management requirements for a software solution that supports and streamlines the process of managing payroll of the institution. The work was divided into 24 weekly iterations, distributed in two iterations in the startup phase, six iterations in the development phase and 16 iterations in the construction phase, from october 2015 to march 2016.
This project was limited as a contribution to the internship management processes of the CVs and payroll settlement of teachers who has a special relationship with the university and contractors. The role of this internship was Analyst, in which the following activities were carried out: • Characterize the system operation model in order to define the functional and non-functional requirements to be considered in the software solution.
• Understand the interactions between users and the system based on the requirements and dialogue with stakeholders in order to clarify the set of use cases required in the solution of the problem.
• Generate the established artifacts by the process OPENUP/OAS development in the thread "Requirements Management", which will be the base of the development process.
• Perform graphical models of the processes involved in managing payrolls in the Universidad Distrital, using standardized notation and BPMN process notation.
