Rediseño de turbina del extractor de 22 pulgadas EXTC22, para las cocinas industriales fabricadas en la Empresa Kadell De Colombia S.A.S

Abstract

This project had as target to redesign, built, make test and validating obtained results about 22 inches ‘extractor, which it will be made by Kadell de Colombia S.A.S. Firstly, the present monograph began searching different documentation and sources of information about centrifugal fans, that they are usually used as exhaust fan in industrial kitchens. Then, with this information was made a QFD (House of Quality). In the next phase was calculated specific design items belong to fans, based on initial conditions. Results were shown to company for selecting material and type of fan blade to make. The fabrication process, the material was machined, cut, rolled, blended and assembled. In the same manner, a testing bench was made with the objective to simulate industrial kitchen duct line.finally, take in count the result, some parts of the rotor fan were modified and adapted in the final prototype that it had satisficed results and achieved all proposal objectives
