Propuesta para la conformación de una organización dedicada a la incubación de empresas estudio de caso

Abstract

This paper proposes the development of a case study to the organization GESTANDO - Business Incubator Colombia Solidaria, which as its name indicates, is dedicated to the incubation of companies in the city of Bogotá and other cities of Colombia. This case study is carried out in order to provide tools that allow the construction of a new incubator proposal; Which is in the capacity to create and accompany business ideas or companies in progress, serving as a bridge of communication between the different financing entities and entrepreneurs, be a guide for the creation of solid companies with a social and environmental character that generate Employment and promote decent work scenarios and committed to the construction of Peace. In front of the process of elaboration of the work a methodology was carried out in phases, which allowed to identify the services offered by the analyzed incubator, those that do not exist and others that present difficulty in the provision, in order to offer proposals for improvement .
