Abstract

The supermarkets of the Colombian Family Subsidy Fund (Colsubsidio) are in a fairly dynamic and competitive economic sector, which is why the quality assurance area of Colsubsidio supermarkets has as one of its main objectives the fulfillment of the Current legal regulations reflected in obtaining the "Favorable" health concept in all its points of sale issued by the control entities. It is for this reason that it was decided to focus efforts on the development of an improvement proposal in the internal audits procedure at the points of sale, by showing weaknesses in the implementation of policies, procedures and parameters established to comply with the standard. , having a direct impact on the qualifications or health concept given by the territorial entity (Ministry of Health), with the design of a proposal for improvement in the internal audits process, greater monitoring of the processes and better results are achieved in the event of an eventual visit control entities, in addition to generating changes in the internal processes of the company for more sales, less waste and a positive impact on customer perception
