Abstract

This report develops a proposal for the provision of the home public service in the exploitation activity, in the operational zone ZOOR 16- UPZ 45 located in the town number 8 of Kennedy, exactly in the UPZ Carvajal, where it provides the service the company association environmental entity of recyclers EMRS ESP. At present, the company does not have the identification of the routes where the utilization service is provided to the users of the study area; reason why geographic information tools (GIS) are used to propose new routes to comply with the provision of a quality service in the operational area; Through the project carried out since the month of September 1, 2020, through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the area to identify the routes of the associates. When the routes are identified, the delimitation of the service area is carried out and the subsequent linking of the users is carried out, finally suggesting an operational proposal for the service area.
