Poliedros en origami: un experimento de enseñanza para potenciar el uso de las componentes del sentido espacial en estudiantes del grado octavo

Resumen
This qualitative research work supports a classroom experience at Colegio Codema I.E.D. of the city of Bogotá, with eighth grade students of basic secondary education in 2019. It consisted of making a description of how they develop the components of spatial sense, visualization and representation when designing and managing a sequence of activities oriented to construction of models of regular polyhedra with origami. In the research process, the principles of teaching experiments were followed, which allow to develop a study according to the results of each class and make decisions in the process to analyze and redirect each activity planned for the classroom in order to achieve the proposed objectives and improve the actions of the teacher and the students. To advance the process, the DECA model was used as a didactic sequence.
