Diseño y documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la NTC ISO 9001:2015 y sistema de gestión ambiental bajo la NTC ISO 14001:2015 para la empresa Diseños Ambientales, Técnicos y Civiles S.A.S.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the company "Diseños Ambientales, Técnicos y Civiles," founded in 2016, which is engaged in engineering and technical consulting activities, showing a commitment to the environment. However, they have not yet implemented Environmental and Quality Management Systems. The main objective of this study is to design the aforementioned Management Systems, following the guidelines established in the Colombian Technical Standards ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015. These systems, which are voluntary in nature, contain technical specifications and provisions for efficiently managing the company. Thus, the aim is to continuously improve the quality of services provided by the company and to prevent, control, or mitigate possible environmental impacts derived from its activities. A business diagnosis of DATC is carried out in order to understand the company's context. The creation of process and activity maps is proposed, each with its corresponding description. Subsequently, an environmental and quality assessment is conducted, leading to the generation of two matrices: one identifying environmental impacts and another analyzing risks and opportunities. Based on the results obtained in these assessments, the design of respective action plans is undertaken. These plans are conceived as concrete strategies to address the aspects identified in the diagnosis and previous assessments. In this way, a solid foundation is established to implement significant improvements in the overall functioning and performance of the company.
