Resumen
The current investigation project is based on the following question: ¿How to enhance the development of reading and writing processes on children of middle school who are part of “Hogares club Michin” Corporation, starting from pedagogical strategies based on the identification of neurodiversity? The study was developed on the headquarters of “Hogares club Michin”, located on the Santa Maria del Lago neighborhood in Bogotá with a population of kids that ranged from seven to nine years of age. Said investigation was made to analyze the different forms or learning methods of children through the application of pedagogical strategies that salvage the concept of neurodiversity, seeking too enhance the reading and writing processes in children who are part of the middle school education level. The multiple intelligences of howard gardner and project-based learning were the two main pedagogical strategies that stimulated the development of reading and writing processes on children. As the main find of this study, it is made quite evident the potency of giving children the possibility to act, express and initiate their own learning process based on their own interests, tastes and ways of self-learning, heightening the acknowledgement of neurodiversity as a human condition. Likewise, trough the use of these strategies, a constant exercise of interaction between the interests of children and the strengthening of their capabilities was maximized. In conclusion, the processes of teaching and learning have as an essential foundation, the appreciation of a subject as their own individual; from their own singularity expressed as a unique way of thinking, acting and existing that emerge on their daily life and the excitement of certain experiences. It is from there that a teacher´s labor begins to direct its attention to each one of these capabilities that each child has at their own time and moment of being.
