Resumen
The purpose of this report is to present the design of a Knowledge Management Model from projects of Oficina Asesora de Sistemas (OAS), for there is a need to establish guidelines and strategies for knowledge management, making it understandable and accessible to all the staff. In order to design the Model, it was necessary to start with the construction of the background and referential framework where the importance of Knowledge Management in nowadays organizations, especially in those where innovation and technological updating are important. Then it continues with the application of the methodology for the elaboration of the Model that begins with the analysis of the information obtained through interviews, questionnaires and database searches and repositories of the office, and represent it into Matrices of Analysis and Knowledge Maps. It is important to note that, at this point, the diagnosis is divided into two phases as a consequence of creating a relevant role for the operation of the office and completion of the internship: The Project Manager. Subsequent to the analysis and diagnosis, is carried out a state of the art about knowledge management and the different models existing. Thanks to the identification of the components and parameters necessary to composition of the model, we defined Pillars (Human Talent, Technology and Processes), Influencers (Organizational Strategy and Culture) and Phases (Sources, Creation,Transformation, Transfer, Monitoring and Control). Finally, it is suggested the methodology for model implementation in OAS projects with qualitative and quantitative KPI's that will help the validation, control and continuous improvement.
