El papel de la tradición oral en el reconocimiento de pautas culturales precolombinas en la identidad de los campesinos de la Vereda El Tabor de San Agustín – Huila, Colombia

Abstract

An ethnographic study like this, of a humanistic and linguistic nature, highlights the relationship between the current forms of cultural expression and the forms of expression of precolumbian cultures, specifically those corresponding to the ancestral town of San Agustín. In contrast, ancestral cultural aspects have been considered along with ceramics, tools, the form and material of sculptures and construction, with the sole purpose of trying to find relationships that occurred between the sculptor town and the closest culture in Currently, the population of San Agustín Huila-Colombia. In the process, it denotes the historical fragmentation resulting from the colonization to which popular festivals of Christianity and new forms of cultural expression become, transgressing the cosmogonic character towards religion. Consequently, the construction of a regional story that gives rise to the foundation of an identity that recognizes the relationship between cultures must be allowed, and for this, the process is based on oral tradition that, unlike what happens with written code , does not require formal learning. You learn to speak as part of the process of socialization and, each new story will be a separate composition in which the tradition is renewed, adding appropriate elements to the context where it is related.
