Abstract

The following work seeks to establish which are the technical elements for the valuation of palm cultivationand thus be able to obtain a value more approximate to reality and proposes a guide that through field observation allows a greater descriptive approach to the crop conditions at the time of a visit for valuation purposes, focusing on the aspects to have During the establishment of the crop, cultural and harvest tasks are taken into account in order to solve questions such as: If palm crops have been established in areas suitable for this, what is the profitability of the crop according to its age, variety and area establishment, how infrastructure aspects influence its assessment. It also makes a description of the crop: indicating its morphological and physiological aspects, what are the requirements for its establishment, what tasks are carried out for its maintenance and harvest, what is its productivity per hectare according to the area where it is located and level of technification
