Resumen
Shortcomings in terms of understanding of the most important environmental concepts, which promote responsible habits that directly or indirectly contribute to the conservation, protection and restoration of diversity, lack in generating learning spaces for the formation of environmental education promoters connoisseurs of pedagogical tools, weakness in the territory in terms of understanding of environmental issues, lack of personnel to meet the needs thematic and didactic methodologies in environmental matters in conjunction with weak learning processes for building knowledge based on the subject and the lack of teaching materials in institutions, it is essential to the intervention in terms of the production of tools and mechanisms for the thematic, methodological and didactic level that can support the management culture by promoting environmental knowledge and strengthening environmental techniques taking into account the social context from replication processes within their communities, taking into account that the formation is designed for participation and inclusion of diverse social actors who contribute their knowledge from the process and the construction of knowledge regarding environmental issues
