| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre La Ordenanza de 22 de diciembre de 1853 establece que el Gobernador de la provincia debe solicitar al Tesorero provincial la lista de deudores de la Subvención provincial, la cual debe ser publicada en el periódico oficial para que paguen en el mes siguiente. Pasado este plazo, el Tesorero informará al Gobernador sobre los pagos realizados y quiénes siguen en deuda. El incumplimiento de esta norma resultará en multa. La junta provincial formará una lista por distrito parroquial de los deudores que no han pagado. Se acordará el remate de la deuda total, siguiendo ciertas instrucciones. Se exige que las posturas cubran al menos dos terceras partes del monto de la deuda. Los rematadores se harán cargo de cubrir la diferencia si el remate se realiza por una cantidad menor.
