Abstract

This project was developed with the aim of mitigating the problems that the members of the textile sector of Bogota city currently have regarding their communication processes and negotiation models, which reduces their opportunities for growth in the market. Therefore, it is proposed through the reengineering to design a mobile application that connects the actors of the textile sector, where each of them can offer their processes through electronic commerce. This innovation project allows to stimulate entrepreneurship by providing a means that leads to the formalization of the actors in the textile sector, similarly improves the management of time and current scope by allowing georeferencing their establishments in order to generate a strategic relationship that benefits them. The present monograph when proposing a technological tool, which acts as a catalyst to contribute to the digital transformation of the city, as a key factor to improve operational efficiency given the changes currently being experienced in commercial environments. Taking into account that from the investigation carried out it was found that the areas of greatest influence in the textile sector are located in strata 1, 2 and 3 , this paper seeks to promote the economic development of the establishments located in these sectors under the premise of improving the quality of life of the actors located there.
