Construcción del plan estratégico de las TIC (PETIC) en la Universidad Distrital

Abstract

In this project is made the IT strategic plan for the District University in which is presented a set of prioritized projects for the years 2019-2022 in order to propose a model for enhanced capabilities for the IT units in terms of processes, people, technology and organization. The methodology used for the construction of the TICEP is derived from an IT architecture exercise carried out by the IT governance project, which developed the following phases: strategic understanding phase of the institution, diagnostic phase of the maturity level, AS IS phase, TO BE phase, gaps analysis phase, and in the final phase as a result of analysis, a portfolio of projects. For this architectural exercise, the following frameworks were used: TOGAF 9.2, ISO 38500, COBIT 5 and IT4 + from MinTIC.
