Resumen
It is proposed the implementation of a five S methodology in a graphic company Area 51, where it is common for multiple projects to be accepted simultaneously, in general they handle in the same section machinery, chemical substances and that a large volume of solid waste is produced. It is sought that these factors do not interfere with their productivity, since unfortunately the cleanliness and order are neglected or underestimated, it is sought to correct that the environments are visually contaminated, there are delays in the location of machinery, negligence in the deliveries, unnecessary purchases of consumables because they are not stored correctly and at the time of use the operator gives them for depleted, losses and damages in the raw material, and finally, the improvement of the delimitation of work areas is sought.
