This article shows the design and construction process of the automated alcoholic beverage dispenser prototype with IoT technology, it is implemented to meet the needs of places where high consumption of alcoholic beverages is evident, normally in these premises those in charge of dispensing such beverages They are called 'Bartender', the device is designed to meet these needs, the main objective of this prototype is to dispatch three different types of cocktails (Margarita, Cuba libre, Daiquiri), in turn it also has the option of serving six individual drinks (White rum, Tequila, Triple sec, Water, Cocacola, Lemon juice), it has a 3.95-inch TFT LCD touch screen, where you can clearly see the graphical interface, which has two users, one of them is the administrator and the other is an employee, either of the two users has the accessibility to place an order, be it cocktails or drinks, in e The administrator user has the privileges to observe an inventory of what a device has been dispensed, each user has to access with a predefined password in the system, has the ability to dispatch six drinks or six cocktails in a single order (bear in mind that It only has the capacity to mix 3 cocktails), in which case you could repeat the cocktails in the same way the drinks, incorporated the microcontroller has Raspberry pi 3, it supports IoT technology, with this the prototype has the function of uploading to a web application and android a series of data that is encoded and shows us an inventory of what the device has dispatched in real time. With the automation of this process, it is expected to give a new air to the bar, reduce the times in the processing of information and costs, use the raw material efficiently and ensure the quality of the product.
