Propuesta de implementación del mantenimiento productivo total (tpm) y el oee en la mejora de la eficiencia operativa y la reducción de tiempos de inactividad para la empresa minipak s.a.s.

Abstract

This research arises from the need to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime in the Rotogravure area of the company Minipak S.A.S, in which constant equipment failures and low participation of employees in maintenance activities are evident. The main objective is to develop a proposal based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicator, to optimize resources, reduce losses and increase operational availability. A descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach was developed, which included the current diagnosis of the plant, the analysis of operational data, the identification of failure times, and the measurement of OEE. The results show a low level of overall efficiency, mainly associated with unplanned stoppages and little participation of personnel in the care of the equipment. Finally, a proposal is presented for the implementation of TPM the use of OEE to identify critical points, reduce losses and increase performance and quality in the rotogravure processes.
