Herramienta para la detección de inconsistencias gráficas (omisiones y comisiones) de las bases de datos catastrales del IGAC basado en Model Builder. Caso de estudio: Municipio de agua de Dios, Cundinamarca

Abstract

This project focuses on addressing inconsistencies found in the cadastral databases of the municipality of Agua de Dios, Cundinamarca, which negatively affect territorial management, tax collection, and tax equity. A need has been identified for an efficient tool and/or model capable of resolving issues such as parcel duplication, omission of constructions, and errors in the delimitation of cadastral units. To this end, a model was developed using the “Model Builder” tool, which generates reports on graphical inconsistencies and alphanumeric inconsistencies (Record 1 - R1 database) through spatial analysis and data queries. One of the main objectives in creating this tool is to support quality control during the digitization process, facilitate the detection and spatial localization of inconsistencies, and enable the generation of detailed reports on the state of geospatial information.
