Análisis catastral y urbanístico de los predios que integran las Instituciones educativas distritales objeto de saneamiento ubicadas en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The informal growth that occurred in the city of Bogota during the twentieth century resulted in a significant number of illegal neighborhoods whose integration processes to the urban case involved the provision of services and public infrastructure in an accelerated manner, including district educational institutions, where the acquisition of land and construction of the same led to the presence of multiple inconsistencies in the registry, cadastral and urban characteristics of the IEDs; In this order of ideas, the main objective of this degree project in the form of an internship consists of carrying out the analysis of the documentary and geographic information related to the registry and cadastral aspects necessary to execute the adequate diagnosis process of 285 properties that make up a total of 65 schools distributed in the city of Bogota in order to propose the pertinent reorganization processes for the solution of the problems encountered. Ultimately, the analyses carried out will provide the necessary tools to carry out the approach of a methodological proposal in which the inputs and basic questions necessary for the identification of inconsistencies and to determine the most optimal sanitation route are indicated.
