Elaboración de un análisis de criticidad y disponibilidad para la atracción x-treme del parque mundo aventura, tomando como referencia las normas, SAE JA1011 Y SAE JA1012

Abstract

The following document aims to present the criticality and availability analysis for one of the machines that are part of the Mundo Aventura Park, taking as reference the international standards SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012. The machine in which this analysis will be carried out is the X-Treme attraction, which is in high demand by visitors, as it is part of the group of machines cataloged as high impact within the organization. The main objective of conducting this study is based on properly classifying the mechanical and electrical components of greater criticality that are part of the attraction, in order to generate future maintenance plans that increase the availability of the machine and reduce the time between failures , as well as the time allocated to carry out scheduled and corrective maintenance work.
