Abstract

In this document, a business plan is developed that consists of a web platform, in which it will be possible to hire sports and health specialists, as well as carry out through the platform a follow-up of the training or processes that are carried out. With the professional, you can also view personal achievements, detailed information about the specialist, certify experience, etc. contributing with this to the economic reactivation post covid-19. Due to the rapid advance of technology in recent times, it is necessary to include this labor sector, since they do not easily have the means or knowledge to do it on their own, for this reason, our company seeks to be a facilitator and promoter to help both professionals and all those people who for different reasons cannot hire or are simply unaware of these services. In this document, a feasibility study was also carried out, for which different studies that were presented in the development of this document have been taken into account. Likewise, it describes in a detailed and concise way the architecture that is going to be worked on for the development and execution of our enterprise, as well as the necessary analyzes for the start-up, together with a minimum viable product that will serve as the basis for our enterprise and will give us response to the need to solve those needs that people have for adaptation with new technologies.
