Abstract

The purpose of this document is to give an account of the process carried out during the course of the internship in the Botanical Garden of Bogotá José Celestino Mutis, where support is provided in the educational and cultural sub-direction in the processes of environmental education for the population Surrounding of the Fucha River Basin. This process and the actions carried out within it are framed in investment project 1124 of the District Bank of Programs and Projects of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, in which the problem of the reproduction of harmful practices with the environment is provided environment, contribution to climate change, insufficient knowledge of biodiversity and regulations regarding related issues and poor appropriation of nature to seek transformation and influence decision making on the territory. To comply with the procedures on five pillars that are: Participation and environmental management, Environmental social service and university practices, Environmental interpretation, Center of interest and Social valuation of plant cover.
