Abstract

Limpiafácil Gita S.A.S is a company in charge of the commercialization and distribution of cleaning products for the home and for personal hygiene. The company sells to cleaning companies, wholesale, retail, neighbors and other people. Through the development of the planning of an occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST), in the company Limpiafácil Gita S.A.S, a tool is provided to evaluate and improve working conditions. Not only seen as an obligation to comply with legal requirements, but also as an opportunity to improve the working conditions of personnel and to reduce accidents and incidents within the organization. Planning involves establishing health and safety policies at work, developing plans that contain the allocation of the necessary resources, the possibility of professional capacities and the structure of the system, the identification of hazards and the assessment of risks.
