Plan de negocios para la creación de un establecimiento enfocado a la elaboración y comercialización de granizados en Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

In the following entrepreneurship project, a business plan was developed for the creation of an establishment focused on the elaboration and commercialization of granitas in Bogotá D.C., products customizable by the client and for the general public. It is intended to offer granitas based on natural ingredients, which are beneficial for the health of consumers, since they do not contain added sugars, in addition to having different healthy toppings. For this, a complete and detailed study was carried out, regarding the market (product, client, demand), production process, description and justification of the company, resource management and, finally, a financial study. At the conclusion of the business plan, it was determined that the project is feasible, with respect to the different studies that were carried out.
