Planificación del sistema de gestión de calidad y caracterización de procesos en el área administrativa para El Colegio Leon De Greiff – Sibaté.

Abstract

In this project the quality management system for the León de Greiff de Sibaté School is formulated based on the guidelines of ISO 9001: 2008 and GTC 200 version 2011, complying with the requirements of the quality management system, the responsibility of the management and the provision of the educational service. Some components of the system that were implemented in the organization were reinforced, the objectives and the quality policy were reformed and other components that not registered practical guidelines were proposed, finally we are proposing management strategies, planning, processes with their respective formats and responsible, a focus was made on the importance of continuous improvement and an action plan for the implementation of SGC training was suggested.
