Resumen
This research work is based on the identification of a problem detected in the students of the third grade of the Educational Institution La Inmaculada Concepción in the municipality of Toluviejo, in the corregimiento of Warsaw in the department of Sucre. Where students maintain low performance in the language area and in the knowledge tests, since they fail to identify the semantic, syntactic and pragmatic components in the written texts, becoming a difficulty when interpreting the global meaning of the texts. and the communicative intention of the same, in search of helping to overcome this learning difficulty, we organize activities that aim to develop these skills in reading and writing skills, for this a question was raised to help guide the process, What is the effect of using an educational blog on reading comprehension? Some general and specific objectives were also organized to strengthen the strategies to improve this learning, the specific objective, oriented towards the development of an educational blog, characterized by having resources didactics, which motivate the development of reading comprehension. The specific objectives, allow to point out the possible solutions, to help the students to improve cognitive aspects in these competences, so the first specific objective is, design pedagogical, methodological and didactic strategies that help to motivate the development of reading comprehension, through an educational blog, implement the blog as a motivating strategy in reading comprehension, validate these strategies methodological, pedagogical, didactic, to motivate reading comprehension. to assemble all that way that leads us to find possible solutions, gave way to a test diagnosis, which allows to characterize in a specific way, the need for learning that more reinforcement needs, a field diary that is the instrument that helps to identify the processes in the designed activities, a didactic unit that contains elements by phases that allow evidence of specific knowledge. Finally, the design of the tool technology to identify the relevance in the motivation that helps to improve the reading and writing skills.
