Creación club deportivo de fútbol femenino en la ciudad de Bogotá Colombia

Abstract

In response to the growing need to promote women's soccer in the northwestern area of Bogotá, the creation of a sports club dedicated exclusively to the integral development of female soccer players is proposed. This initiative arises as a result of the lack of attention to women's soccer in most schools and clubs in the area, despite the remarkable growth that this practice has experienced locally and nationally in recent years. Therefore, it is considered important to generate training spaces that foster the integral development of the players, providing quality technical and tactical training, promoting leadership and fundamental values in a sports environment. The club will be strategically located in the Florencia neighborhood park in Bogotá, facilitating the players' access to the facilities and promoting integration with the local community. Training sessions will be held four days a week, with an additional competition session. This project addresses all the administrative, financial, legal and training aspects involved in the creation of the Soccer Sports Club.
