Currently Marca Carpinteria Soluciones en Madera, like the majority of microenterprises in the manufacturing sector, does not have a strategic organizational model, the lack of planning and control has shown reprocessing, low profitability and working capital in the development of the contracted projects. Reason why it is pertinent to find improvement actions that allow the competitive growth of the company in a stable and growing sector. In search of adequate solutions that allow, improve the organizational structure, identify the primary target market and characterize the processes, the consulting proposal is contemplated that under a Strategic Plan model contributes to improve the current state of the company and to set a horizon of planning in the short, medium and long term. In this sense, the proposal seeks to formulate strategies that allow an adequate administrative management, in relation to the organizational and financial perspectives, of clients and process improvement. After evaluating and defining these strategies, the design of the Integral Scorecard is made, which allows directing the organization with timely objectives and indicators towards the desired future.
