Resumen
his work aims to provide a tool to take the first steps in the valuation of cultural assets. This data sheet is aimed at appraisal professionals with experience and / or knowledge of historical, cultural and other preservation properties. This work can serve as a basis for the elaboration in general of appraisals with the characteristics of the goods of cultural interest, or as a complement to the study of other disciplines that need to have a prior knowledge of the materials, costs and valuation methodologies. The guide aims to raise contained basic and General help the appraiser to be understanding how qualified building materials, among others, historical, cultural, value within the fields of valuation of commercial real estate and architecture. The language used in the guide is a technical, simple, easily understandable language for any appraiser. It starts in the assessment of this type of real estate, and aspects that arise are explained so that you can understand. The sheet is elaborated as a checklist, for its easy processing, while taking into account all technical aspects and methodological a commercial appraisal, and the characteristics of the assets of cultural interest you require Colombian laws and international ones that apply to the country for the valuation of real estate. The first part of the sheet describes the property, in terms of its location and classification (economic and typological), as well as the tradition of the property and a general picture of the property, origin and legal protection (normativity).
